My overall experience has been positive. There have been improvements over the years, however I feel there is still work to be done in several areas of the company to truly meet the goals of the organization, Shared Services and internal support could use some improvements.

Overall the last several years my experience with First Advantage has been extremely positive. The leadership team has really focused on the company culture and ensure that we have a fun, professional environment with limitless opportunities for advancement and personal growth.

The best part about the compensation plan is the VC plan. I'm pleased with the updates made to the plan for 2024.

The leadership team is very open, meaning they are always open to you if you need anything. I love the opportunity they provide to the team for mentorship.
