In general, my experience has been good. My only real concern is the stability. We have had a lot of attrition and promotions, and these staffing changes make it hard on the FA CS teams ....as well as our clients who could become At Risk.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The amount of work it takes to navigate all the different departments and FA to keep our clients is exhausting. We really need to streamline our departments, processes and our engagement model. Our clients are feeling it too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Salary and my Variable Comp plan.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving my goals and getting my VC.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work from home with little to no travel.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy getting paid for all the hard work that goes into retaining clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the All Hands on quarterly meetings and also that we can speak to the Executives whenever needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We meet daily, we support and back up each other for questions and PTO, and my VP is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is very good. The 401K match and medical benefits are not competitive and probably below industry standards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work from home, the company meetings, and the available information-Legislative updates, product showcases, and Sharepoint and Confluence sites.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they make themselves available to everyone at First Advantage. (All Hands meetings, quick videos from Scott, the Executive Sponsor program, etc)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
So, we are all on the same time, working to retain our clients. When we reach out for help, they should be willing to help no matter what. Like our clients, we also get directed to different departments, procedures, etc.
