I was expecting this to be a turning point in my career. However, it's the same politics all over again.

A comfortable and understanding work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing. Since I joined, I had worked every single Saturday expecting better pay. However, it's still more or less the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. The leadership team is not willing to appreciate anything but however, is ready to jump in and argue if the slightest possible mistake happens.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I do not request any appreciation but expect some kind of support when requires. Instead, The SME, Supervisor, and AM are ready to jump at an opportunity to throw me under the bus.
