The flexibility to work from home, and also the camaraderie that does happen online.

Our team building activities are fun, and we are just accepting of each others differences.

Our team helps one another out in case there is a question, and are very welcoming and show each other appreciation and kindness, which has never happened before personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is there when I have a question, or just to say good morning. This team is amazing, and I cannot be any happier. Thank you, FA Management!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well, can cover all my bills finally and have something left over, I haven't signed up for the health insurance yet, I am comparing plans with what I have now, and will look during open enrollment this year.
