There are pros and cons to flying under the radar. At this point, I'm still not up to speed on the job I was hired to do. I'd like to be of more help, but it's hard to achieve if others prevent that.

The entire office is very dedicated to getting the work done on time to support the client.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's wonderful finding the reason/answer for a situation. Sometimes this means working with specialists in other departments or calling the state.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they have the time, coming around to speak with team members individually regarding their work shows the leadership team's knowledge and caring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus is on getting the job done, not on the team's wardrobe or day to day schedule. Having worked at company with strict (unnecessary) dress codes and scheduling, this is a breath of fresh air.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is widely known at our location that new contractors from one agency for a certain project are paid at a higher wage than seasoned contractors from a difference agency for the rest of the office. As a result, many team members are looking elsewhere for work.
