I like that we are hiring, getting younger, more adaptable teammates who seem very keen to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe $15 per hour should be a baseline for employment. Wouldn't mind a cheaper health plan with lower deductibles, but I know that's difficult.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's very much a feeling that we are all rowing in the same direction, that the goals are clear and the tools we employ are first rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working from home. I am delighted that this has proven to work. It was borne of necessity under highly trying circumstances, but we've proven that it works and I think we're all highly motivated to make sure it continues to work.
