That we all feel valued and important. We do hesitate to give our opinions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its pretty much sorted. We don't have anything hidden, no irrelevant deductions like other organization. This is the best part.

We need to focus more on diversity and inclusive environment for all employees to being a sense of belonging to the organization.

I really love that we have CTC and total CTC. It's amazing that our Statutory Components are out of our CTC

My team is so open that we all feel comfortable sharing anything and everything among us. We all make each other feel valued and share our thoughts on a daily basis. We give equal opportunities to all even the newest members
