retain talented and hard working employees, bring some quality in the recruitment process. Needs appreciation and motivation from the direct management.
need better management who can see who is the genuine employee and who are not. there is a need to appreciate the employee for the effort and hard work provided rather than pointing one mistake in the entire work, it will be a demotivation to the employees.
Lack of appreciation and more complaints. Not ready to listen to what we wanted to say. Email and chats are ignored. Management needs to be friendly to some point, instead of pointing out the mistake all the time, they can atleast say some nice words for the work done.
