My team is like a family, we are always communicating and supporting each other wherever needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would describe my leadership team as direct and leading by example. There is good communication as to the direction they would like to take the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though not client facing, the team in which I work on is extremely vital to every aspect when it comes to customer satisfaction, experiences and revenue growth. I feel as I am always being pushed to do more with very little to no compensation/incentive.
