What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to hear employees concerns and not just brush them under the rug.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Coworkers, not management, will come together to make sure that you can get into a comfortable spot if your work load is to heavy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Race is a big issue in this company. I've heard race cards get thrown more times than i can count. Doesn't matter your skin color.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are not paid enough for the amount of work that we do. We cannot survive, provide for our families, and make sure that we are able to actually get to work. At this point, we're literally working to pay for gas and that is it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are living in some of the hardest times most of us have ever experienced and yet there seems to be NOTHING being done to make sure that FADV employees are taken care of or can care for their families. We work just to afford to get to work nevermind feeding our families.
