The first 5 years were great but once new management and new controller of the Company it has not been great

We are like family everyone reaches out and help each other when needed

Supervisor who knows the work and stop letting employee control the environment at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Dan Geib is a great guy and family man who really cares about his employee well being person and work related issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This Company pays temps more than the long term employees that have been here for year. Also, the amount of work does not equal the amount of work there are time we do things a manager, supervisor does.
