Being one of the tenured employees of the company, I might say that I have invested a lot to First Advantage and that I was able to support my family as a breadwinner. Still I am hoping that my years of service can be compensated well so I'll get motivated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've been working with FA for almost 15 years but my rate as a Team Leader is just the same as some of the Client Services Specialists who were not in Managerial position.
