Very good. After seeing lots of changes over the years automation is key, and also challenging. We must remember to keep the key personnel with FADV. Good relationships internal & External are key
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love my role at FADV. There are Daily challenges , and they can be frustrating, especially when getting a GOOD result is not coming easily. BUT.. When an issue is resolved , it then becomes a very satisfying Day/Week/Month for me.

FADV has great people! It is actually "unreal" how great the staffing is a FADV.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This Economy has job hoppers making much more then currently I receive. Better Raises or Bonuses would be a great start

Personally I am healthy, so the expense of Health insurance, EYE Care is too high. This takes away from the take home pay reducing my overall salary. Higher compensation for client facing positions reflective of double digit svc years. Being Wholly devoted to FADV. Salary should bump up
