I have been with FA for 16 years and have seen many changes along the way. I love the direction we are headed in and feel as though the right people leading the way. I would love to see improvement in communications from Product and "cost of living" increases would be extremely helpful!

Ensuring there is attainable commission in some capacity; decent base pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Proactive communication to ensure everyone understands the companies goals and objectives. Everyone on the leadership team is extremely approachable, which is extremely important.

Team is open to collaboration and are supportive to help each other learn. Or will step in to fill in the gaps where needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is opportunity for everyone to participate in various groups as desired, however people are not held accountable if they don't have the bandwidth to do so.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability for me to be autonomous where I see fit, but understand that there is an open door to pull in my manager as needed for help and advice.
