The OJT face was not so good. A lot of times we have to extend the shift in OJT face which does not happen in any organization. I haven't experience this thing in my 7 years career. The support level towards the new joinees is not so good. Here every body is sat like a horse and run and no one care

Do not under estimate the new joinees treat the new joinees properly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen the associate query what they want to communicate towards the management
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Does not keep pressure on associate give them time to spread his wings in the process.
