The leadership team is very easy to approach and they are always happy to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we have agents from different countries and we have the chance to talk to each other and speak about each culture of each country is just fascinating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpful and always ready to explain. When I started I felt so lost and had so many information to take in at once, but having a great team members who always answered my questions and took their time to explain everything I was unsure about. The team is very supportive :)
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am never alone, I can always reach out to my colleagues and ask for help, if needed. The best feeling is when a customer reaches out to us for help and we are able to help. You can hear on their voice that you have lifted a weight of their shoulder.
