We are all veterans and help the new comers to the team to make them feel welcomed

With my current manager she communicates with the team multiple times a day on upcoming adventures and letting us about when they will be happening so we are not blind sided.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If all parts of the world were paid similarly and not by the section of the world they live in. I am one who has been here for almost 20 years and has seen the rise in starting wage go up but nothing seems to be done about the people who put everything into this company.
