What do you like best about the leadership team?
I absolutely love the open door policy. Everyone is open and honest. During these trying times FADV has been very understanding. I'm beyond thankful for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here with FADV over 6 years and the amount I'm getting paid is maybe a dollar more than some agents that have been here 2-3 years. Due to the merit increases being based on how your manager scores you is unfortunate. There were a few years I didn't get a bonus. Cost of living is going up
