There are always many ideas to share, brainstorming, and they are so likable. They are always open to feedback.

I love what I do in my department. All my responsibilities and tasks are relevant to help revenue growth

The company do a great job about fostering the corporate culture. I like being part of this respectful, diverse, and global company.

Diversity and inclusion is one of the most important, I have to say. You feel very respected, comfortable, and able to share ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy that I can always share new ideas, practice my english skills as I meet with colleagues from other countries, work on relevant tasks, and be supportive with other teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. They are always open to help me in any questions or doubts I have. Plus, I feel the team is integrated and in constant communication. We brainstorm together any upcoming projects and share best practices.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always sharing relevant updates in regards our goals, our accomplishments, our winnings, and our strategy for the upcoming years. To me, these are very important as I want to growth on this company and occupy an executive position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in charge of higher responsibilities than the current job position I hold. I'd like to have the real position of the activities I'm performing. Plus, the company does not offer any additional perk. They limit to the ones given by law. No major medical expense insurance, savings fund, etc.
