We seem to have that unspoken notion that we are here to reach the same goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Make pay more compatible. Quite a few customer service jobs are posting +22 dollars a hour

I do not undervalue. I just believe that the pay doesn't compensate for the many responsibilities that we have.

Everyone has a specialty. There is always someone on the team that I can reach out to when I need help with something.
