I started as a temporary employee. I worked hard and learned so many aspects of the company and was hired on permanently. Because of being on so many different teams at the start I feel like my current position is enhanced knowing the entire flow and not just my small piece. I appreciate it now

We work well together. We all understand the business needs and work as a collective to get it done
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working remotely. I do occasionally miss the face to face interaction but seeing my kids come home everyday after school is priceless.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is very demanding and the pay should reflect the work your produce. I literally make $1 more than my niece at McDonalds. What our team does here is important and valuable, the compensation should reflect that.
