I am simply underpaid for the role I hold, now taking the work previously done by two people for not much money

A genuinely considered compensation package for my role, and a general agreement to stop giving people a million chances when they do not perform

The most positive element is the interaction with those co-workers who have shown genuine care and attention, while still maintaining the highest numbers in the team
