Work wise it is satisfying but more on the benefits and salary it is far from other companies. Also employee engagement and appreciation has a little focus because before management focused is the goal and targets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. since we WFH we try to do our job well and help each other. WFH set up allow us to share more best pratice to do our job well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We've been here for the company for more than 10 years but it is just now that they show appreciation to us, before it is more on the reaching of targets
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our increase does not adequate to the increase in prices and if you fail for the appraisal worst come to worst you will not receive any increase. In the other company they give mangers significantly higher salary and benefits
What makes you most happy at work?
working with people and tlaking to them virtually and also WFH set up gives us freedom to do our work on our own pace. some time it burns me up because i only stay at home but at the end of the day i am working but i am with my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our SCM is cool and she is very adaptive in the set up not like her boss that it seems she was left in the office set up. We are happy as we appreciate each others work and at same time we have time to talk about our lives now than when we are in the office
