I have been with First Advantage for almost a year now and i have absolutely enjoyed my time here so far. My immediate team together with the wider team in APAC are extremely helpful and supportive and it has made my transition to FA that much easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate line manager is understanding, open and transparent and that transpires within the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love my team. They are high achievers and it motivates me to perform to the best of my capability.
What makes you most happy at work?
Definitely, the flexibility to work from home as it allows me time to focus on my health and fitness which automatically translate to my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be helpful if FA reviewed the compensation package and closely align it to the market rate. I definitely feel there is an opportunity to improvise in this space.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In Australia we do not have as much visibility of the Leadership team. I would like that to be more frequent - at least bi-annual update to learn about the company's vision and where we are headed globally.
