I have worked for a long time and provided great results, yet I feel unwelcomed here sometimes. And one feedback - proper training should be given to improve our training opportunities.

I dont feel encouraged, and the pay I get for the work is not upto the mark.

Yes I feel undervalued. Every year same rate of appraisal has been given eventhough I work hard with good results. so there should be increase in appraisal rate.
