Expectations are to work like a mule but be paid as a hamster. I would love if it was balanced. We all are out here trying to survive and be successful-please pay us what we deserve
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Train us properly- and keep the expectations realistic. Communicate expectations- and stay true to what you say. I feel as I am just a number who can be easily discarded. This department feels like a daycare full of adults. The favoritism, temper tantrums, passive aggressiveness is uncalled for.
