What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the bonuses that they give us my reaching our goals. It motivates us to keep up the good work. They should really increase the bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customer that aren't able to full help themselves. It makes me really happy when I'm able to calm a customer down and help them with their problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly this is very high damage job, you can barely get days off that you want because only one person is allowed off per team. Which makes it hard to get those mental breaks we need. I do feel like we should be making more money.
