
FA has a great group of talent but is losing them to low salaries. FA has not kept up with technological advancements which puts FA at risk of losing clients which puts all at risk. Many decisions for cuts may not have considered unintended consequences to achieve the 4.0 Pillars.
FA has much potential. However, if the focus would change to talent opposed to cutting positions as well as utilizing technology instead of throwing bodies at tasks, FA would be much more successful and streamlined.

Some are open to feedback. Need to focus on talent more than dollar signs.
Learning and serving our clients. Finding the mutual ground to where we both are complete in transactions.
Inclusive on the surface. Inclusiveness includes valuing the opinions of others which has much room for improvement at FA.
They have become empowered and are now asked for input on making processes more efficient. They have expressed that this makes them feel valued.
The role I'm in pays over $25,000.00 more in other companies. The role is much more than what was initially presented. The responsibilities have increased but the pay has not.
The position should pay more for what is required. It's not terrible pay but it should be substantially more. Requirements of position make it necessary to work more than 40 hours per week.
We have bonded through building a high performance team exercises, brainstorming, walk a day in the shoes and get to know your team meetings. Most members are team players and work diligently for the greater good.
Developing new, more efficient processes. However, the lack of technology prohibits the type of change that could be made. I enjoy working with my team and other teams to find ways to make things better for all involved.
My current role is paid at a rate substantially less than market value. The role has expanded but the pay has not. A reasonable salary for work performed would perfect this issue, that would mean a yearly increase of a substantial amount.
