The opportunities are good, there are a lot of interesting and experienced people to learn from, good initiatives, etc.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The systems and the resources to serve our clients must improve. There is a lot of limitation and difficulty in the processes. Clear answers are hard to obtain.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The job is very complex - the payment is way under for everything we have to learn and do. Better basic payment and clear commission should be in place. The resources are not structured, it is a struggle to find the correct information.
