They are straightforward and set clear expectations. They provide consistent feedback on my work and my teams work.

They are professional, and give good feedback, they ask a lot of questions to make sure they understand everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Upper leadership works hard to make things special here, we celebrate the big and little things. It goes a long way.

My team seems to enjoy their job, they like working with each other and work to make this place a positive place to work.

Everyone is treated with respect. People are able to get really engaged with the clubs/groups or completely stay out of them, which is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work to understand my day to day role, they are always supportive of me, and when there are problems they work with me to find solutions.
