Foucus on job acchived rather than the personal issue what influenced job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No enhanced improvement in job and lower raise for salary. No thankful from the company. No enhanced training from the company or even any study chances to enhance the work. No help if we faced difficult during the work.
