Paying what I'm worth. Treat employees with respect and expect the same in return.
They need to do the job that is asked of them. They can't do simple tasks no matter how many times it is stressed what is expected of them. My coworkers need to actually work and not sit around and talk all day or sell and make bracelets on company time. Must be nice to get paid for those things.
