FA is fairly been at its best over the years, I am with FA for 8 years and have seen the fantastic growth and changes its gone through as a company. Just that I guess there should be a scale up for the salary as in India everything is expensive after the Financial Budget

Very interactive, always come up with activities to have the team bonding and fun though we are not at office yet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there should be a market correction as the salary slab for my position is way higher than what I get in FA
