It has been a great learning journey, I am always trying to solve problems and learn new things. I love the interaction with clients and learning about their business.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I get on well with my colleagues and leaders.
People doing my job in other companies get paid around $10K + more than me, they also get commission and overtime.
I love my job, I enjoy talking to clients, talking about all the exciting things that we have to offer and how can we help them.
We help each other, we are a good team, we work together to achieve our goals, we support each other and share information that might be useful to others.
My Team and Manager, some of the colleagues that I work with and I really enjoy my job, I just wish there was better recognition and the core problems were dealt with.
I do more tasks that I am employed to do, this is due to other departments not supporting us properly, I have to resolve complaints, act like Customer Care, Operations, Accounts, etc.
My team is great, my TL and Line Manager are great and I can see how they look out for me. Everyone in my team is very knowledgeable but we are not appreciated by C Level Management
My manager is great, she trust her team, she sees the potential in each one of us. She let us do our work and she is not micromanaging us. Although if we need extra support with something, she would let us know
Leadership should listen to the people at the bottom of the chain to see the day to day problems that they need to deal with. However, they don't they listen to higher management telling them things are great when they are clearly not. There is no accountability when complaints are made.
