What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the benefits that are offered. I would like the cost to be lower, but I am appreciative that I at least have benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am stretched thin trying to manage my supervisory responsibilities along with training new staff. I don't have the help that I need to train new staff or the materials for some of our searches to assist with training, which makes training a very slow process.
