The team is hard working, cares about work we do and FA and there is always team work.

FA cares about the wellness of the employees. I feel more valued and loved by the company now.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am contributing something to the team or to my department and I am learning new things and get to share them to the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am glad the company has now started to analyze and align employees compensation and taking into account the current market compensation. We are also receiving now allowance for utility given that we have been in work from home set up for the past 2years.
