Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I'm not in a "sales" role or customer facing role I don't feel that my work is valued the same as other employees that are in that role. I do not feel I'm being paid what I should be for the role I'm in and the value I do bring to the company
