Days when I feel accomplished. Days I feel I have made it through tasks, so no carryover happens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership needs to understand that they have asked many of us to take on additional duties due to the layoff. We are expected to complete more work in 40 hours and have not really seen any additional benefit added to my employment.
