It used to be very positive when I was working in the office but has significantly gone down hill since we went remote.

nothing to me is positive at this time.

PTO, health insurance and pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staffing and allow people to actual use their PTO
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I live in constant fear of being let go because our company isn't doing so well seeing as how we are understaffed
