Overall, it's good. Good group of people, competent managers and leadership. Holistically, I can't really complain.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Flexibility and a strong feeling of support

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly, accepting, willing to help and sometimes they even laugh at my jokes

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling accomplished, like I've checked all the boxes off on my to-do list

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

sometimes i think some teams are too process driven but understand the need for "process" but wish some folks were more outside-the-box thinkers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think - maybe inaccurately - that longevity isn't always financially rewarded. i try not to compare myself to anyone in a similar role here or elsewhere, sometimes easier said than done. overall i suppose its a non-issue, most of the time i feel ok with where i'm at
