I feel FA needs significant improvements with incentives and showing appreciation/rewarding hard work at all levels not just sales

We can all relate to the state of the business and feeling overwhelmed. Budget cuts have severely impacted the workload and stress that each of us are under
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration. Everyone at FA wants to achieve success. When you find the right people, collaboration is a beautiful thing. This is felt across departments, verticals, and countries
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when my calendar is not booked with calls and I can actually have time to get my work done. It is very difficult to manage the workload these days
