FADV is great background screening company but we know, everyone has flows and needs improvement. I am happy that we transitioned to full time remote work and I belong to a good team. I just hope we have more perks, benefits and competitive salary.

Knowing that I still have work after unemployment or redundancy cases affected by pandemic and war made me grateful to still, be here.

We have the culture of support, communication and collaboration in the team which are very important to achieve a common goal and keep the team together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance and be able to work full time remote is one of the best decisions this company ever did. People started to be your family or close friends and work is easy done with if you have the right team and environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is affected of pandemic, war and inflation but I think we should be at par in the market and provide competitive salary for the employees. Most are over 10 years already and these people should be well compensated and provided better benefits after their years of service.
