My team is just the best! We help each other out no one is left out and our camaraderie is like no other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for more than 15 years and I feel my salary is not reasonable. I also feel like I am not appreciated when it comes to benefits and compensation for having been able to stay for 15 years.
