Its good but I still need more benefits as it's getting expensive to survive day by day.

My Team is very positive. We have good communication and bonding. Sometimes we do have difference in opinion, but we do our best to solve it instead of arguing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I recently lost my mother, and it is still very difficult to get back on track but my team my leads really helped me to handle my work and supported me emotionally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team is very supportive. We have good communication in terms of professional and personal issues. I do not hesitate to reach my manager for even a silly issue or if it's a serious issue. I think that's the best part.
