Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because being in the same position and equally capable, only one of our team members gets the proper exposure and opportunities to collaborate with others within the company. When I try to take a stand, I'm being told that whatever I am feeling is wrong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best leader is impartial and cares about everyone in team and works on the overall growth of the team as well as helping the team member to enhance their skills, takes critics in a constructive manner and doesn't make the employee feel small for speaking up also doesn't keep talking about themselves
