Open to grow with rapidly changing environment but sometimes layers of approvals slow ability to be agile. Overall positive experience with all clients, peers and team members which makes coming to work a positive experience. Being fully remote provides work life flexibility and balance.

Compensation and benefits need a market adjustment. We are below market across salary, bonus and benefits like 401K match.
