they should be polite while interacting and solving the queries

the salary compensation should be good so that employee is satisfied and happy to work and continue with company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the HR are not clearly communicating about the compensation package in case an employee gets promoted to a certain leve. atleast they shoud hold one on one discussion with the promoted employee and explain them about their revised salary package rather than just uploading on the work day
