I really enjoying working in the company, I do wish there were projects where we could take part in for career advances and use customer service as an entry level, so for example to get into IT and be provided with training should you qualify, get into operations, trainers and potentially management

My manager is great person to work under.

We are always happy to assist each other to meet our goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a new bonus system being launched however the work itself is very engaging and not only includes customer service and think the pay could be a little higher
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like its an environment where we can comfortably talk and engage in conversation not just related to work but general life which is beneficial for building a strong relationship with colleagues
