Every team member has their expertise. Work is fairly divided. Teamwork makes the dream work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find it positive that our culture is diverse and everybody is free to voice out their opinions and suggestions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently, I'm always concerned about my job security. Also, increase and salary is not competitive given my tenure and the current economic crisis.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the free will with how I complete my tasks. It allows me to find ways on how I can efficiently and effectively finish them
