
Simple: Either lower your expectations of employees, decrease the excessive and inappropriate workload, or increase the pay. There is no other way to convey that you truly value about your employees.
We have found solidarity and comradery in being overwhelmed, overworked and stressed out. We step up to help each other as much as possible, and work together to reduce high volume tasks quickly.
Engagement with my small team & the dynamics we have developed. I believe everything done at the upper/ executive level is done for show & is not genuine, therefore the culture & environment outside of my team is terrible.
Pay does not match expectations. Executives are getting 480% & 510% pay increases in a single year. Those at the bottom, that are already overworked, a measly 2-3%. Don't expect employees to believe leadership cares about anything but the bottom line $$.
The workload is excessive & demands high. The pay is the opposite. This is not a new complaint. It has been ongoing for 10+ years. If FA cared, they would have already taken action. No worries, the employees know nothing will actually be done to improve this except aiming hot air towards us.
